• Program: Mortgage application status updates, document requests, appointment reminders, and closing notifications
  
• Message Frequency: Varies based on your loan status; typically 2–8 messages per loan transaction
  
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

• Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, and most US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
